From concept to launch — I help to design, build, and scale digital products that users love. I bring clarity and impact to every stage of the product journey
A Product Manager connects business goals, user needs, and technical teams to build the right product at the right time—maximizing value and impact.
I use frameworks like RICE but also prioritize based on stakeholder inputs. Ultimately, prioritization is driven by what the data says—especially user and customer insights, not just internal opinions.
Clear prioritization, open stakeholder communication, and maintaining a strong Definition of Done help manage changes while protecting quality.
By aligning short-term needs with long-term vision. I often use data and prototypes to help stakeholders understand the value of innovative paths.
I assess user impact, business value, implementation cost, and strategic alignment. If it drives growth, retention, or efficiency—it’s worth prioritizing.
I work closely with design, development, and marketing to align goals. Clear communication, shared goals, and regular syncs build great momentum and great outcomes.
I’m PMP certified and prefer Agile/Scrum methodologies, but I adapt to each project’s unique needs. I’ve worked with tools like ClickUp, Jira and Notion but I believe the right combination of methods and tools depends on the context to drive the best outcomes.
I conduct user interviews, surveys, quick prototypes, and usability tests. Validating early reduces rework and ensures we build the right thing.
Discovery (research, interviews), ideation, prototyping, user validation, roadmap planning, delivery coordination, and lots of iterative feedback loops.
Absolutely. I’m open to both one-off projects and ongoing partnerships with startups, teams, or companies scaling their digital products. That said, I naturally lean toward more ambitious, high-impact projects 🤠.
